Exchange and Return Policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

CUSTOM & SALE ITEMS

All sale items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes any wigs customized by length, density, color, cap size, style, or any requested alterations.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can assist you.

NON-CUSTOM WIG RETURNS

Eligible non-customized wigs may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The wig must be in its original condition.
• The lace must remain uncut and untouched.
• The wig must not be worn except briefly for fitting purposes.
• A wig cap must be worn during try-on for hygiene reasons.
• The wig must not be altered chemically or physically in any way.

The following actions will void eligibility for a refund or exchange:

• Coloring, bleaching, toning, or chemical processing
• Washing or conditioning
• Cutting or customizing the lace
• Styling, curling, straightening, or applying heat
• Brushing, combing, or changing the original parting
• Exposure to smoke, perfume, hairspray, food odors, or other scents

SHIPPING & RETURN FEES 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, as customers are responsible for the item until it safely arrives back to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items.

If customs duties or import taxes were paid by Lifespan Beauty Studio when the order was delivered, those fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
