6-Month Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

All regular-priced custom wigs include a 6-Month Limited Craftsmanship Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

If your wig experiences a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will inspect the wig and, if approved, repair the issue at no cost. This warranty covers repairs only and does not include a replacement wig or a refund.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Excessive shedding caused by a construction defect
• Bald spots resulting from a workmanship issue
• Loose hand-tied knots or ventilation defects
• Defects in the wig cap construction
• Manufacturing-related color issues not caused by chemical processing, excessive heat, or improper care

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care, including:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Improper washing or maintenance
• Heat damage from styling tools
• Bleaching, coloring, toning, or any chemical processing
• Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Lifespan Beauty Studio
• Torn, cut, stretched, or damaged lace
• Damage caused by glue, adhesive, or tape
• Sleeping while wearing the wig
• Swimming, hot tubs, steam rooms, or saunas while wearing the wig
• Improper storage
• Tangling or matting caused by improper care
• Damage caused by accidents, pets, children, fire, or smoke
• Sale, clearance, discounted, or final-sale wigs

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your wig has a manufacturing defect, please contact Lifespan Beauty Studio within the 6-month warranty period.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the affected area

If needed, we may request that the wig be returned for inspection. Once our team has evaluated the wig, we will determine whether the issue qualifies under this warranty.

Approved warranty repairs are typically completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on the repair required.

Customers are responsible for shipping the wig to Lifespan Beauty Studio. We will cover the return shipping cost within the United States for approved warranty repairs.

Caring for Your Wig

To maximize the lifespan of your wig, we recommend:

• Following the care instructions provided with your purchase
• Using only professional wig-safe products
• Storing your wig on a mannequin head or wig stand
• Rotating between two or more wigs if worn daily
• Scheduling professional maintenance as needed
